  • We will achieve the specified cleaning requirements as per the contract agreement – we will deliver on our promise.
  • If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If our work fails to meet agreed KPIs, we will offer a complimentary cleaning service.*
  • If you’re unsatisfied with the cleaning service provided, we will address concerns within 24 hours.
  • We adhere to our Service Level Agreement: inspections are carried out by Senior Area Managers of Lustra to ensure our service standards are achieved
  • We ensure that your premises are secured and certify that our contractors are insured and police checked.
  • During the course of the contract, we will assist you by identifying how we can reduce your spend, while maintaining the standard of your facilities.
  • We are here for you 24/7 to assist with emergencies.
  • We offer honest, open and transparent communication.
